Type Of Events We Offer
Workshops
We've worked with schools like Synergy Academy for their Self Care We Care day where we teach students an instructional painting during school hours! It's a great way for students to gain exposure of the arts and try something new. We offer low group rates for schools. This is also a great activity for team building with staff and teachers.
Fundraisers
Our fundraisers are similar to our private events. We teach your select painting, step-by-step, while still encouraging students to awaken their creativity by using colors they love.
35% of ticket sales go towards your schools fundraiser! Let us know your projected date along with the theme of your event and we'll create a sample painting. We provide all materials except for tables and chairs.
You also have the option to create PARTNER PAINTINGS!
Partner paintings are a fun way to raise money and create a space where parents and children can bond. We'll create a diptych painting where two canvases mirror each other and create one painting. This is a great way for both parents and children to tap into their creativity and learn about each other.
What To Expect On The Day Of Your Event
The Artsy Kidss artists arrive at the hosted location for set up at least 1 hour before start time depending on the size of the event

Everyone is encouraged to use their creativity by using their favorite colors
Everyone goes home with a painting that reflects their unique personality

FAQs
Do you only offer paint parties for students?
Not at all! We offer these events for adults as well. Painting is a great activity for team building as well as self-care. We highly encourage this for teachers and staff. When you fill out the request form you are able to select the type of event you are hosting.
How long does the painting process usually take?
Each session typically takes about an hour. We try our best to keep students on track and move at a pace where everyone is able to finish on time. However, some people may take longer to finish. If there are no sessions following, we typically give people an extra 15 min to finish painting.
Where does the event take place?
For school events, we usually come to your school and either use classrooms or MPRs. It’s up to you!
How long will it take the artist to set up?
It usually takes 30min-1hr to set up for our events. It depends on the size of your group. Please be sure to have the tables and chairs ready so we can ensure the event begins on time.
Do you provide all materials?
We provide all the painting materials except tables and chairs.
I have an idea of what I want to paint. Can you create a custom painting for my us to follow?
Yes! We love creating custom paintings. It’s your party after all. Make sure to let us know your idea when you fill out the party request form.
How many students are allowed per session or class?
We usually don’t have more than 25 students per session. However, for High school students we have had sessions with as many as 60 students. Younger student classrooms should be capped at 25.
If you have more students we can always break off into 2 sessions.
